Effective from 01.01.2025
1. The ENVOX online store, available at envox.pl, is operated by GREENCHEM Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Siedlce (08-110), ul. PuĊaskiego 9B, entered in the National Court Register (KRS) under number 0000123456, VAT ID: PL1234567890.
2. These Terms and Conditions govern the conclusion of sales agreements for products offered in the store.
1. Orders can be placed 24/7 via the website.
2. All prices are gross prices (including VAT).
3. After placing an order, the Customer receives a confirmation email.
1. Shipments are carried out by courier (DPD or InPost).
2. Shipping costs are PLN 15 for orders below 2 cans; free shipping for 2+ cans.
3. Estimated delivery time is 1-2 business days after dispatch.
1. The store accepts payments via Stripe (credit cards, BLIK, Apple Pay, Google Pay).
2. Payment is required before dispatch.
1. Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
2. The withdrawal declaration should be sent to [email protected]. A model withdrawal form is available on the website.
3. The returned goods must be sent back immediately, no later than 14 days from withdrawal. The return cost is borne by the Customer.
1. ENVOX products are covered by a 24-month manufacturer's warranty.
2. Complaints should be reported via email to [email protected], including proof of purchase and a description of the defect.
3. The store will respond to the complaint within 14 days.
