1. Purpose and scope of data processing

Personal data of customers is processed to fulfill orders (including payments via Stripe), handle contact inquiries, and for archival and statistical purposes. Providing data is voluntary but necessary for order placement.

2. Legal basis

Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (necessity for contract performance) and (f) (legitimate interest).

3. Storage period

Data is stored for the duration of the business relationship and until the expiry of statutory limitation periods.

4. Data recipients

Data may be transferred to the courier company (DPD, InPost) for delivery and to the payment processor Stripe. Stripe processes data in accordance with its own privacy policy.

5. User rights

Every individual has the right to access, rectify, erase, or restrict processing, as well as the right to data portability and to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
